SAP for Utilities 2022, presented by ASUG, was one of the prime events of this year. It was held in Manchester Grand Hyatt, San Diego from September 18-20, 2022. The conference provided a platform to learn and engage with visionary thought leaders, SAP customers, subject matter experts and solution providers. This year’s event majorly covered real-world customer stories, SAP for Utilities best practices and an opportunity to get involved with the Utilities community.

The conference kicked off with Welcome and Opening remarks from Mr. Geoff Scott, CEO of ASUG and Mr. Michael O’Donnell, Vice President, East Utilities from SAP Utilities.

SAP displayed GEF application for field workforce and SAP Signavio – Process Transformation Suite which has strong analytical and dashboard capabilities specifically suited for Utilities. There were a few break-out sessions presented by consulting companies and customers together. The key highlight of all presentation was S/4HANA conversion journey and success stories.
