Jack Dangermond known as the pioneer in the field of geospatial technologies is the founder of Esri, global leader in GIS solutions.

Jack has been the mentor and motivator behind Spatialitics growth in geospatial technologies. Jack regularly guides Spatialitics GIS leaders in shaping next-generation solutions on location analytics.

Vish is the CEO and co-founder of Spatialitics. Vish Tadimety and the leadership team are focused on building Spatialitics into a Spatial Analytics powerhouse.

In 2000, Vish co-founded Corliant with seed Capital from Cisco Systems and partner venture capital funds. Corliant designed next generation IP networks for the Telecomm and Enterprise clients. In 2007, Accenture acquired Corliant and Vish was named Global Managing Director for Cisco Solutions Unit at Accenture. Vish has extensive experience as a turnaround specialist, raising capital from the public markets, strategic partners and venture funds.

Vish holds an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India.

Steven Jeske is the Director / Chief Financial Officer of Spatialitics. He is involved in business strategy and financing decisions, including building technology Geospatial Solutions to substantial size and scale. He has also set up and managed several international locations in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Japan. In 2000, Vish and Steve co-founded Corliant with seed capital from Cisco and several venture capital funds. Corliant designed next generation IP networks for Telecom and Enterprise clients. In 2007, Corliant was sold to Accenture where it became a core piece of their Cisco internetworking strategy.

Steve is a serial entrepreneur having been involved in the formation, financing and growth of several high profile start-ups. He is a CPA, former manager at PWC and holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.

Pankaj Srivastava is the Senior Vice President of Software and Platforms, and the CTO of Spatialitics. He has 25 years of rich experience in product engineering leadership with innovative software engineering groups, software platform products and internet start-ups. Pankaj is an expert in the areas of Application Infrastructure, SOA and Micro services, IoT, Middleware and Enterprise Applications, Video-based applications, and Cloud Applications and Platforms. He has also been a part of several start-ups focused on internet products and solutions that were driving content and e-commerce solutions for AI-based trading systems and online CRM systems.

Prior to joining Spatialitics, Pankaj was the VP of Engineering and GM of Cisco’s Software Platforms Group, creating next-generation applications, cloud platforms and software systems integrated with network infrastructure. Pankaj holds a Computer Science B.Sc. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T) with a minor in Economics.

Mr. Faiyaz Shahpurwala is a global technology leader who operates with a start-up mentality; focused on building strong teams that are centered on a culture of innovation, with a record of creating, building and leading multiple services and product organizations. Faiyaz is highly skilled in driving ideas from inception through development to established businesses that contribute to the top and bottom line.

Throughout his 23 years tenure at Cisco, Faiyaz managed a wide range of responsibilities at leadership level. He led the creation, development and implementation of Cisco’s Global Intercloud infrastructure, and built a team from zero to 600+ over two years. Faiyaz has accomplished 60% revenue growth in two years leading Cisco’s Global Intercloud Infrastructure.

Mr. Faiyaz Shahpurwala is the inventor and patent holder of NatKit, a remote network monitoring tool. He is also on the board of several foundations.

Faiyaz holds a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Western Michigan University.

As a member of the Advisory Board, Faiyaz will help Spatialitics in transforming the platform architecture to support the non-linear growth of the organization.

Eric Young is the Chief of Police at Ogden City Police Department and has been with the department since 1993. Chief Young is a versatile leader and has been committed to building and maintaining relationships between his police department and communities in Ogden. During his 28+ year career, he has served in the capacity of a patrol officer, DARE Officer, School Resource Officer, Investigator, and a Community Policing Officer. Chief Young has also been an active promoter of technology to ensure safety for Ogden city and community.

Chief Young holds a master's degree in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University and a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Weber State University. He graduated from the Federal Bureau of Investigations National Academy in 2016.

Mr. Joseph M. Vanek is the owner of Vanek, Vickers and Masini, P.C. and a renowned commercial litigation practitioner, with a focus on intellectual property and antitrust. Joseph has deep expertise in trademark law, representing some Fortune 100 companies. He is a passionate, serial entrepreneur. In 2004, he co-founded AutoMark Technical Systems, LLC and grew it to $100 mn. Joseph was awarded two patents, as well. Recently, he assisted in the creation of Array Enterprises, LLC, a business dedicated to the employee and customer incentive and reward business.

Joseph is also a member of the Boston College Law School – Dean’s Advisory Board. In 2014, Mr. Vanek received the William J. Kenealy, SJ, Alumnus of the Year Award. Joseph holds a Juris Doctor (Honors) degree from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor’s (Honors) degree from Creighton University.

As a member of the Advisory Board, Mr. Vanek will assist with the formulation of corporate strategy and help to drive and support CyberTech’s non-linear growth.

Mike has served as WaterOne’s General Manager since 2003. As the chief executive officer, he is responsible for the daily administration of the utility’s operations, personnel, and financial affairs.

Prior to his role as General Manager, Mike served as WaterOne’s General Counsel and Director of Legal/Auditing since 1998. He holds a degree in Political Science from Kansas State University and a law degree from the University of Kansas. He is also a graduate of the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School’s Water and Wastewater Leadership Center.

Mike currently serves on the Kansas Water Authority, a statewide appointed board that provides the leadership to ensure that water policies and programs address the needs of all Kansans. He has also served with distinguished tenure on the Missouri River Recovery Implementation Committee (MRRIC) as an appointee of the Assistant Secretary of the Army and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Through his involvement in MRRIC, Mike has represented water supply stakeholders on this collaborative regional committee developed to advise the Army Corps of Engineers on operations and management of the Missouri River, one of WaterOne’s primary water sources.

Chief Gillespie is a decorated police officer and Chief of Police at Modesto Police Department. Over the past 20 years he has served as a leader for Patrol, Street Gang Unit, and SWAT divisions, and has been honored to receive the Distinguished Service Medal (2007 & 2008), SWAT service medal (2014), and Critical Incident Award (2019). He has been a leader in developing the Modesto Police Department’s Real Time Crime Center, enhancing the body worn camera and license plate reader programs in an effort to use technology as a force multiplier in driving down the crime rate.

Chief Gillespie holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration with a minor in Sociology from San Diego State University”

Mr. Jefferson McMillan is the Manager, Healthcare Analytics at Northwestern University. He has over 8 years of Data Warehousing and Analytics experience.

Jefferson an analytics executive and experienced data scientist has a dream of creating a world based on data, advanced analytics, and community understanding.
